Data Center Development Tracker

For each data center project proposed in Davie County, our goal is to create a development tracker that monitors the status of critical information accessed through regular public records requests of data center activity from the County and Town Councils (Mocksville, Cooleemee, Bermuda Run).

As of August 6, 2026, the County and all Town Councils have sent public records information to Davie Against Data.
To date, the Town of Mocksville is the only entity having received a request for data center development.
